RETURN POLICY

Your 100% satisfaction is extremely important for us.  That is why at we offer a 15-days Return & Exchange Policy.  If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us for instructions on how to obtain a refund or exchange.  

At Red Fox, we are aware that waste is not environmentally good for our planet.  This is why we only print our custom designs on an item once it has been ordered.   Please do your part by reviewing each item detail thoroughly before placing your order.  We include detailed information about each product on our product pages.  We also include a sizing chart for all clothing items.  In this way, you will have all the information you need prior to making your purchase. 

 For General Returns & Exchanges: 

  • Please contact us as soon as possible.  We offer a 15-days Return & Exchange Policy.  This time window begins with the tracked 'Arrival' date.
  • Send us an email at customerservice@redfoxbrand.com using the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name, and the reason for the return
  • We will contact you as soon as possible to provide you with instructions on how to proceed and when you can expect a refund or exchange.  

For Damaged or Wrongly Shipped Items: 

  • Please contact us as soon as possible.  We offer a 15-days Return & Exchange Policy.  This time window begins with the tracked 'Arrival' date.  
  • Send us an email at customerservice@redfoxbrand.com using the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name, and the reason for the return
  • In addition, please include photos of the packaging in which the item(s) arrived and also photos of the damaged or wrongly shipped item(s).  
  • Provide us with a detailed description of the damage.  The more details the better.
  • We will contact you as soon as possible to provide you with instructions on how to proceed and when you can expect a refund or exchange.  

Additional Notes and Reminders:

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customers are strongly encouraged to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • When returned item(s) are received and inspected, the customer will receive a confirmation email notifying them of the status of their refund or exchange.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly thereafter.
